I like to fill up my Nalgene bottle every morning before I leave the house. It keeps me hydrated and recuces waste while saving me some money. It’s a no-brainer.
While not so much a Nalgene fan, I do like my portable water. I do spring for the $2.00 bottle of water once and then I use it for months- making sure I wash out occasionally (its amazing what chap stick can do to the rim of a bottle after time, and I’m a chap stick junkie!) Anyway, I just use a regular bottle because, as you mentioned, I don’t spill it all over myself…ahem mostly, and WOOT it fits in my purse! which I realize is not a problem for you Ryan, but hey, its all about consolidating- the purse must fit current reading material, all stuff-cell phone, date book, keys, chap stick and if at all possible- a bottle of water! I feel I have now voiced an utterly silly and useless view and can now retire to spend the rest of the day saying only things intelligent and important. Its so refreshing getting your water bottle debates out of the way early each day, don’t you agree?
I have also been trying to drink more water. Lucky for me the office has a water dispenser and I just fill up periodically during the day. It gets hard but I know it’s the best thing to do .
A weekly show and talk about sustainable communities, eco-friendly life hacks, healthy recipies, green gadgets and lots more.
